What options are available for people with learning disabilities?
At Get-Citizenship we believe in equal opportunities for everyone. We will do our best to accommodate your needs during our courses and exams, while keeping within guidelines set by the awarding bodies. Please telephone or visit our offices to talk to one of our staff. They will be able to advise you on the best way forward for you.
Do I have to be able to read and write in order to do this course?
Our courses and exams are flexible and we can arrange a course/ test for you that suits your needs. We offer ESOL levels 1-3 in Speaking & Listening, Reading, Writing. During your pre-assessment you will have the opportunity to discuss your level of English and skill proficiency with our dedicates ESOL staff.
I am not sure what is my current level of English. What should I do?
Don't worry, we can help you! When you arrive on the first day of the course we will do a pre-assessment for you to find out your current level of English and General Knowledge about life in the UK.
Our experienced trainers and friendly staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have and advise you on the best options for you.
I want to apply for my UK passport. Is this course suitable for me?
Yes, this course is suitable for you if you have failed/cannot pass the Life in the UK test OR if your English is below ESOL Level 3.
I want to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK. Is this course suitable for me?
